Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for a paid Rimpllee subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a new Premium or Rimpllee Custom subscription, for any reason. The quickest way to request it is on our Discord support server; you can also email support@rimpllee.com. Please mention the Discord server the subscription is for.

2. After the first 14 days

After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges — see below.

3. Renewals

The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a plan. Automatic renewal payments (the start of a new billing period) are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before it renews.

4. AI credits

AI reply credits are a one-time purchase of digital content that is made available immediately and is consumed as you use it. AI credits are non-refundable, including any unused balance, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the credits have been made available — you expressly agree to this when you buy them. Credits do not expire and remain available on your server until used. This is separate from the 14-day guarantee above, which applies only to new Premium and Rimpllee Custom subscriptions.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from the dashboard on your server's Premium page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid period: you keep all paid features until that date, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period (outside the 14-day window above).

6. How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refunds are normally processed within a few business days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card provider.

7. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles) or a breach of our Terms of Service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the Netherlands or your country of residence.
