Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rimpllee. By adding Rimpllee to a Discord server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are
Rimpllee is operated by Loek Productions (Rimpllee), established in the Netherlands (KvK 93894090, VAT NL005050723B94). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Rimpllee” refer to this company, and “you” refers to the person or organisation using the service.
2. The service
Rimpllee provides ticketing, automations, a welcomer, reaction roles, forms, analytics, a public API and related tools for Discord servers, configured from a web dashboard. The service depends on Discord and may change as Discord's platform changes. We may add, modify or remove features over time.
3. Eligibility
- You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (at least 13).
- You must have the authority to add a bot to, and manage settings for, any Discord server you use Rimpllee on.
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Your account & responsibilities
You access Rimpllee by signing in with Discord. You are responsible for your server configuration, for the team members you grant dashboard access, and for how you use the service. You are responsible for the content created through Rimpllee on your servers (such as ticket conversations, panel text and form questions) and for handling your members' data lawfully — for that member data you are the controller and Rimpllee acts as your processor (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Rimpllee for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- break, overload, probe or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- abuse the public API beyond its rate limits, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
- resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the service except where the law permits;
- use Rimpllee to violate Discord's rules or anyone's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.
6. Plans, billing & renewals
- Rimpllee offers a free plan and paid plans (Premium and Rimpllee Custom). Current prices and billing cycles are shown on the Premium page in the dashboard.
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Prices are shown including or excluding VAT as indicated at checkout.
- We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable notice and changes take effect from your next billing period.
7. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers.
8. Rimpllee Custom (your own bot)
On the Custom plan you connect your own Discord bot token. You are responsible for your own Discord application, its compliance with Discord's terms, and keeping your token secure. You can remove your custom bot at any time from the dashboard.
9. AI features
Rimpllee offers optional AI replies that help answer support tickets. These replies are generated by a third-party AI model (Claude, provided by Anthropic) based on the messages in the ticket and the knowledge base you configure. AI replies are a paid feature consuming credits (1 credit per reply) and are only used on servers where you enable them.
- You decide what goes into the knowledge base and are responsible for its content, including not adding unlawful or sensitive personal data, and for making sure it is accurate and up to date.
- AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are provided “as is”, are not professional, legal, financial or binding advice, and should be reviewed before being relied upon. You remain responsible for how AI replies are used on your server.
- We do not guarantee any particular result, availability or accuracy of the AI features, and we are not liable for actions taken based on an AI reply, to the extent permitted by law (see also section 12).
- Your use of the AI features must comply with Anthropic's Usage Policy and with Discord's rules.
10. Intellectual property
Rimpllee, its software, branding and website are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You keep ownership of your own content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms are in effect.
11. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, due to Discord outages, or for reasons beyond our control.
12. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data caused by Discord or third parties, or for issues outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
13. Termination
You may stop using Rimpllee and remove it from your servers at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
