Rimpllee
Everything you need to set up and master Rimpllee.
Welcome to Rimpllee
Rimpllee is an all-in-one Discord bot for tickets, support and community management — set up entirely from a visual dashboard, no code required.
These docs walk you through everything Rimpllee can do, from inviting the bot to your server to building advanced ticket panels, automations, welcome messages, reaction roles, forms and the public API. Every feature is configured from the dashboard — you never touch a config file.
New here? The fastest way to learn is the Quick start — you'll have a working ticket panel in about two minutes.
What you can build
Buttons and dropdowns that open private support channels with intake questions, claiming and transcripts.
Auto-reply to keywords, inside or outside tickets, with optional message deletion.
Greet new members, say goodbye to those who leave, and auto-assign roles on join.
Let members give themselves roles by clicking buttons on a panel.
Collect applications and feedback through Discord-authenticated web forms.
Read your tickets and stats from your own services with an API key.
How Rimpllee is organised
Rimpllee has two halves that work together:
- The bot lives in your Discord server. It posts your panels, opens tickets, sends welcome messages and runs the slash commands.
- The dashboard at rimpllee.com/dashboard is where you configure everything. Sign in with Discord, pick a server you manage, and every feature is a page in the sidebar.
You don't need an account to read these docs
The documentation is public. You only sign in with Discord when you want to open the dashboard and configure your own server.
Three steps to get going
- 1
Invite Rimpllee
Add the bot to your server with the right permissions. See Invite Rimpllee.
- 2
Open the dashboard
Sign in and select your server. See Using the dashboard.
- 3
Build your first panel
Create a ticket panel and send it to a channel. See Quick start.
