Web panels & portal
Let members open and view tickets from a browser, and let staff read and reply from the web portal.
Coming soon
Web panels aren't available to create just yet — this feature is coming soon. The rest of this page explains how they'll work once it's live.
Besides native Discord panels, a panel can be a Web panel. Members use it from a browser through a Rimpllee web link, and staff can read and reply to those tickets from the web portal too.
How it works
- 1
Set the panel type to Web
When configuring the panel, choose Web as the type. See Ticket panels.
- 2
Members sign in with Discord
They open or view their ticket online after authenticating with their Discord account.
- 3
Staff use the web admin view
Staff and admins get a web view where they can read and reply to tickets from the browser.
Web admin access
Decide who gets the web admin view. On Free you can add up to 3 user IDs (plus the server owner). Premium allows unlimited users and role-based admins.
Unlimited web admins and role-based admin access are Premium features. See Plans.
Web labels
Web panels support up to 2 labels on Free and 10 on Premium.
When to use web panels
- Members who prefer a browser over Discord's interface.
- A cleaner, inbox-style support view for your staff.
