A saved copy of the whole conversation in a ticket, created automatically the moment it closes.
A transcript is a saved copy of everything said in a ticket. Rimpllee creates one automatically the moment a ticket is closed — there's nothing to switch on or configure.
View your transcripts
Open the dashboard and go to Ticketing → Transcripts. Every closed ticket is listed with who opened it and when.
- Open any entry to read the full conversation.
- Share the transcript link with a teammate or the member.
Transcripts are great for record-keeping and for settling disputes — you always have proof of what was said.
Data retention
Transcripts are kept while your server uses Rimpllee. If you cancel Premium, see what changes in Billing.
