Blacklist
Stop specific users from opening any tickets, from the dashboard or with slash commands.
The blacklist stops specific users from opening any tickets in your server. Use it for people who abuse the system. There are two ways to manage it.
From the dashboard
Go to Ticketing → Blacklist. Add a user by their Discord user ID to block them, and remove them the same way to lift it.
From Discord
You can also manage the blacklist with slash commands:
/blacklist user reason— block a user from opening tickets./unblacklist user reason— allow them to open tickets again.
Both commands need the Manage Channels permission. See the full command list.
What blacklisted users see
When a blacklisted user tries to open a ticket, Rimpllee politely refuses — including attempts made through the API.
Need a user's ID? Turn on Developer Mode in Discord, then right-click a user and choose Copy User ID.
