Ticket panels
A panel is the Discord message members use to open tickets. Build the embed, add buttons or a dropdown, and send it to a channel.
A ticket panel is the message — usually an embed — that carries the buttons or dropdown your members click to open a ticket. You build panels in the dashboard under Ticketing → Panels.
Create a panel

Open Panels
Go to Ticketing → Panels and click Create panel.

Name it
Give the panel a name so you can find it later. The name is just for you — members never see it.

Choose the type
Pick Discord for a native in-Discord panel, or Web for a browser-based panel. See Web panels & portal.

Build the message
Fill in the embed, then add at least one button.
Draft vs. Active
A Draft panel isn't posted anywhere yet — you can keep editing it freely. Active means it's live in a channel and members can use it.
The embed builder
The embed is the styled card members see. Every field is optional, but a clear title and description go a long way.
- Author + author icon
- A small line of text and image above the title.
- Title
- The headline of the embed.
- Description
- The main text. Supports markdown and placeholders.
- Color
- The accent color down the left edge, set as a hex value.
- Fields
- Up to 3 name/value pairs, each optionally inline. Shared across embeds.
- Image URL
- A large image shown under the embed.
- Thumbnail URL
- A small image in the top-right corner.
- Footer
- A small line of text at the bottom.
You can also add optional context text shown above the embed — handy for an @mention or a short note.
Buttons or a dropdown
Choose how members open tickets: a row of buttons, or a dropdown menu where each option is a category. Each button or option becomes one ticket category.
Premium components
Dropdown menus and the Components V2 advanced layout builder are Premium features. On Free, panels use buttons.
Multiple embeds
On Free, a panel has 1 embed. On Premium you can stack up to 4 embeds in a single panel for richer layouts.
Send, update and delete
- Send — pick a channel and press Send panel. Rimpllee posts the message and it goes live instantly.
- Update — saving changes re-posts or edits the panel in its channel so it stays in sync.
- Delete — removing the panel takes the message down too.
