Claiming & handling
Let one staff member take ownership of a ticket, then manage it with slash commands.
Claiming lets a single staff member take ownership of a ticket, so two people don't end up replying at once. The rest of your team can see it's already being handled.
Enable claiming
Turn on the Claim toggle per button on your panel. See Buttons & categories. Once enabled, a Claim button appears inside each new ticket.
Handling a ticket
Inside a ticket, staff manage everything with slash commands:

/add | Add a user or role to the ticket |
/remove | Remove a user or role from the ticket |
/rename | Rename the ticket |
/move | Move it to another category, keeping permissions |
/close | Close the ticket |
