Rimpllee comes in three plans. Free is generous enough to run a real ticket system, Premium removes the limits and unlocks the advanced features, and Rimpllee Custom adds your own white-label Discord bot on top.
Premium starts at about €4.95 / month, and works out cheaper per month when you pay quarterly or yearly. Rimpllee Custom starts at about €8.95 / month.

How to upgrade

Open the Premium page
In the dashboard, select your server and open Premium from the top of the sidebar.

Pick a plan and cycle
Choose Premium or Rimpllee Custom, then pick a billing cycle — monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Start checkout
Complete secure checkout and your upgrade applies to that server right away. See Billing & account for the full walkthrough.
What Premium unlocks most
The biggest wins are unlimited ticket panels, dropdown menus, the Components V2 layout and advanced analytics — everything you need to scale support past the Free limits.
