Status board
Post a live embed that shows the open and closed ticket count for every category, refreshed automatically.
A status board is a live embed you post in a channel that lists every category on a panel with its number of open and closed tickets — a quick, always-current overview of your ticket activity.
The status board is a Premium feature. See Plans.
Turning it on

Open the panel
Edit the panel you want a board for and scroll to the Status board section.

Enable it and pick a channel
Flip the toggle on and choose the channel the board is posted in.

Customise the embed
Set the author, title, description, colour, thumbnail and image. Leave the title or description blank to use the default text.

Post it
Click Post / refresh now. The board appears within a few seconds and keeps itself up to date from then on.
What you can and can't change
- Editable: author, title, description, colour, thumbnail and image.
- Fixed: the fields — they're filled automatically with each category's open and closed counts.
- Fixed: the footer, which notes that the board refreshes every 5 minutes.
Ordering categories
Use the arrows in the Categories shown list to set the order they appear in. Categories you add later show up automatically at the end.
How updates work
- The board refreshes every 5 minutes automatically.
- It's edited in place — the message is never reposted, so it stays in the same spot.
- Post / refresh now updates it immediately instead of waiting for the next cycle.
On a Premium-only server the board is sent through a branded webhook (your server's name and icon). On a server with a custom bot, that bot posts it instead.
