Invite Rimpllee
Add the bot to your Discord server and give it the permissions it needs to manage tickets and channels.
Before you can configure anything, Rimpllee needs to be a member of your server. You must have the Manage Server permission (or be the owner) on the server you want to add it to.
Add the bot
- 1
Open the invite link
Click Invite Rimpllee on rimpllee.com or in the dashboard.
- 2
Choose your server
Pick the server from the dropdown. Only servers where you have Manage Server appear here.
- 3
Keep the requested permissions
Leave every requested permission checked and confirm. Rimpllee needs them to create ticket channels, manage roles and post messages.
- 4
Authorise
Press Authorize and complete the captcha. Rimpllee joins your server within a few seconds.
Keep the role high in the list
In Server Settings → Roles, drag the Rimpllee role above the roles it should manage. Discord won't let any bot assign or remove a role that sits higher than its own.
Permissions Rimpllee uses
Each permission powers a specific feature. If you remove one, the matching feature stops working.
