Billing & account
Upgrade, view your renewal date, cancel anytime, and manage every server you subscribe for from one place.
Everything about your subscription and payments is handled from the dashboard. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — Rimpllee never sees your card details.
Upgrading

Open the Premium page
Select the server you want to upgrade and open its Premium page in the dashboard.

Choose a plan and cycle
Pick Premium or Rimpllee Custom and a billing cycle. See Plans & limits for what each unlocks.

Complete checkout
Finish secure checkout with Stripe. Your upgrade applies to that server immediately.
Your subscription
The Premium page shows your current plan and the date your billing period renews or ends, so you always know where you stand.
Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime from the server's Premium page.
- Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium until that date.
- Until then the dashboard shows a “Cancellation scheduled” note, and you can resume before the period ends.
Account page
Your account page lists every server you have a subscription for, across all your servers, so you can review, manage or cancel each one in a single place.
If you manage several communities, the account page is the quickest way to keep all of your subscriptions in order.
Your data after cancelling
Your tickets and transcripts stay accessible for 30 days after cancelling, so you have time to export anything you need. After 30 days they're permanently deleted.
Export anything important before the 30-day window closes — deleted ticket data cannot be recovered.
