Quick start
Go from an empty server to a live ticket panel in about two minutes.
This is the short path to your first working ticket system. Each step links to a deeper page if you want the full detail.
Before you start, make sure Rimpllee is in your server — see Invite Rimpllee.
Build your first ticket panel

Open Panels
In the dashboard sidebar, go to Ticketing → Panels and click Create panel.

Write the message
Give the embed a title and description, e.g. “Need help? Open a ticket below.” See Ticket panels.

Add a button
Add a button such as General Support, choose the Discord category new tickets land in, and pick which staff roles can see them. See Buttons & categories.

Send it to a channel
Choose a channel like #support and press Send panel. Rimpllee posts the panel and it goes live instantly.

Test it
Click your own button. A private ticket channel opens — that's exactly what your members will experience.
