Commands
Rimpllee's slash commands and how to configure who can use them in Ticketing → Commands.
Rimpllee ships a set of slash commands for running your ticket system from inside Discord. You configure them in the dashboard under Ticketing → Commands.
Every command
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/add | Add a user or role to this ticket |
/remove | Remove a user or role from this ticket |
/close | Close this ticket |
/rename | Rename this ticket |
/move | Move this ticket to another category (permissions are kept) |
/help | Show Rimpllee help and all commands |
/ticketpanel | Get a dashboard link to build ticket panels |
/ticketwipe | Delete ALL open tickets in the server (owner only) |
/blacklist | Block a user from opening tickets |
/unblacklist | Allow a user to open tickets again |
Configure each command
Open Ticketing → Commands to fine-tune how each command behaves:
- Allowed roles
- A list of roles that may use the command. Leave it empty and anyone who already has Discord's default permission can use it.
- Ephemeral / private reply
- When on, only the user who ran the command sees the reply. By default replies are visible to the whole channel.
Some commands also need Discord permissions
By default /ticketpanel needs Manage Server, /blacklist and /unblacklist need Manage Channels, and /ticketwipe needs Administrator.
/ticketwipe is destructive
/ticketwipe deletes every open ticket in the server at once and can't be undone. Restrict it carefully — it's owner only by default.
