Connect Rimpllee to outside services so your staff get more context inside tickets — configured under Ticketing → Integrations.
Integrations let Rimpllee talk to services beyond Discord and pull useful context straight into your tickets. You'll find them all on one page: in the dashboard, open Ticketing → Integrations.
Cyber Secure
When Cyber Secure is enabled, Rimpllee automatically shows a player's account information from Cyber Anticheat inside a ticket the moment it opens. The toggle is labelled “Account information when a ticket opens”.
This is especially handy for FiveM server staff — you can see exactly who you're helping before you type a single word.
Public API
Want your own services to read and act on Rimpllee data? Generate an API key on the Integrations page and use the Public API to open tickets from your website, panel or backend — exactly as if a member clicked a button.
