Working hours
Set the hours your team is available, in your own timezone, and choose whether members can still open tickets while you're closed.
Working hours lets you tell members when your team is around. It's a server-wide setting: it applies to every ticket panel at once, not per panel. When a member opens a ticket, Rimpllee checks the current time in your timezone and either lets it through, blocks it, or adds a heads-up that replies may be delayed.
Working hours is a free module, available on every server.
Setting your hours
- 1
Open the Working Hours module
In the dashboard sidebar, under Ticketing, open Working Hours and flip the toggle on.
- 2
Pick your timezone
Choose your server's timezone. Your opening hours are always evaluated in this timezone, so it doesn't matter where the bot runs. Daylight saving is handled for you.
- 3
Set your weekly schedule
Turn each day on or off and set a start and end time. Set the same start and end time to keep a day open 24 hours.
- 4
Choose what happens when you're closed
Either allow tickets with a notice, or block new tickets entirely. See below.
An overnight window such as 22:00 to 02:00 (end earlier than start) is supported and treated as crossing midnight.
When you're closed
Outside your working hours you pick one of two behaviours:
| Mode | What members see |
|---|---|
| Allow with a notice | The ticket still opens, but Rimpllee posts a separate message that pings the member, warning that replies may be delayed. |
| Block new tickets | The ticket is not created. The member gets your deny message instead, shown only to them. |
Styling the deny message
When you choose Block new tickets, you can fully style the embed members see: title, description, colour, author, footer and (on Premium) images. Your weekly schedule is added automatically as a field, so members always see when to come back. If you leave the title or description empty, Rimpllee falls back to a sensible default in the server's bot language, so members always get a clear message.
The outside-hours notice
When you choose Allow with a notice, every ticket opened outside working hours gets a separate follow-up message that pings the member, letting them know your reply might take longer. It's posted as its own message, not inside the opening message. You can only edit its description; the title is a fixed, translated label. Leave the description empty to use the default message.
The check runs again when a member submits an intake form, so a ticket started just before closing time is still handled correctly.
