Link members' Roblox accounts to their Discord, and show their profile inside every ticket they open.

The Roblox integration connects a member's Roblox account to their Discord account through Roblox's official login (OAuth). Once linked, their Roblox profile appears inside any ticket they open, so your staff know exactly who they're helping. Enable it under Ticketing → Integrations → Roblox.

Linking is global: one Discord account links to exactly one Roblox account, across every server that uses Rimpllee.

How linking works

    Run /roblox in Discord

    A member runs /roblox and gets a private panel with Link and Unlink buttons.

  2. 2

    Sign in with Roblox

    They press Link, sign in on Roblox's official page, and are sent back verified — no codes to copy or plugins to install.

  3. 3

    Done

    Their Roblox profile now shows in every ticket they open. Press Unlink in /roblox to disconnect it again.

The in-ticket embed

When a linked member opens a ticket, Rimpllee adds a Roblox account embed under the opening message, with their avatar as the thumbnail.

The account's public profile description, or a placeholder when it's empty.

The account's Roblox display name.

When the Roblox account was created.

Whether the account carries the Roblox verified badge.

The extra embed fields and the require a linked account setting are Premium features. Linking and the basic embed are free for every server.

Require a link before a ticket

On Premium you can turn on Require a linked account to open a ticket. Members without a linked Roblox account are then asked to link first, and can't open a ticket until they do.

Roblox linking uses OAuth — members sign in on Roblox itself, so there's nothing to install and no codes to share.
