Ratings

Ask members to rate your support with a 1 to 5 button row when their ticket is closed, then read every score back on the dashboard.

Ratings adds a 1 to 5 button row to the closing DM a member receives. They tap a number to rate the support they got, and every score lands on your Ratings page, with the server average shown there and on Statistics.

Ratings is a free module, available on every server.

Turning it on

  1. 1

    Open the Ratings module

In the dashboard sidebar, under Ticketing, open Ratings.

  2. 2

    Enable it

Flip the toggle on. From now on, every closed ticket sends the member a rating row above the transcript button.

  3. 3

Choose which scores need an explanation

Tick any of the numbers 1 to 5 to ask for a short written reason before that rating is sent. Leave them unticked to send instantly.

How members rate

When a ticket is closed, the member gets a DM with a row of buttons numbered 1 to 5, sitting just above the transcript button. The colours hint at the meaning:

  • 1 and 2 are red (a poor experience).
  • 3 is grey (neutral).
  • 4 and 5 are green (a good experience).

Once they pick a number, the buttons are disabled in place so they can't rate twice. The transcript button keeps working.

Requiring an explanation

For any number you tick on the Ratings page, the member is shown a popup asking for a short written explanation before the rating is sent. For numbers you leave unticked, the rating is sent straight away with no popup and no comment.

Where ratings show up

  • Ratings page: the server average plus every individual rating, with the member's name, avatar, ID and their written explanation (when given).
  • Statistics page: the average rating, shown next to Closed tickets, visible on free servers too.

Per staff member and per category

On Statistics, Premium servers get a Ticket ratings section that breaks the scores down two ways: per staff member and per category. Pick a staff member to filter on, and the time range and category filters at the top of the page apply here too.

A rating is credited to whoever had the ticket claimed when it closed. Ratings on tickets nobody claimed stay server-wide, so nobody is given credit or blame for a ticket they did not own. Ratings collected before this existed also stay server-wide.
