Ticket hubs
One message that fronts several ticket panels. Members pick a topic and get that panel privately, without cluttering the channel.
A ticket hub is a panel over your panels. Instead of ticket categories, its buttons link to the ticket panels you already built. Press one and Rimpllee replies with that panel — its embed, its categories and its FAQ — in a message only you can see. You build hubs in the dashboard under Ticketing → Panels & Hubs.
When is a hub worth it?
When one support channel would otherwise carry four or five panels. A hub keeps the channel to a single message, and members only see the panel they asked for.
Create a hub
- 1
Save a panel first
New hub only appears once you have at least one panel that is saved or placed in a channel. A hub links panels, so there has to be one to link.
- 2
Open Panels & Hubs
Go to Ticketing → Panels & Hubs and click New hub, next to New panel.
- 3
Name it
The name is only for you — members never see it.
- 4
Link your panels
Under Linked panels, add a link per panel. Give it a label, an emoji and a colour, then pick the panel it opens.
- 5
Build the message
Fill in the embed exactly like a normal panel, then send the hub to a channel.
What members see
- They press a button (or pick an option) on the hub message.
- Rimpllee replies with the linked panel, only visible to them — the embed, the category buttons and the panel's own FAQ button.
- Pressing a category opens a ticket exactly as it would on the panel itself: the same questions, roles, log channel and limits apply.
The panel doesn't have to be posted
A panel that is only saved works fine in a hub — it never needs a channel of its own. Panels already live in a channel can be linked too; they keep working in both places.
Linking panels
- A panel can be linked from as many hubs as you like.
- Within one hub a panel can appear only once, so the picker hides panels you already linked.
- Only panels that are saved or placed can be linked. Drafts don't show up.
- Delete a linked panel and the button stays on the posted hub, but pressing it tells the member the panel isn't available. The dashboard flags the broken link so you can remove it and send the hub again.
The hub message
A hub is built with the same editor as a panel: context text, one or more embeds, and either buttons or a dropdown. It can also carry its own FAQ button, separate from the FAQ on each linked panel.
Premium components
Dropdown menus and the Components V2 layout builder work in hubs too, and are Premium features. On Free, a hub uses buttons.
Send and save
- Send hub — posts the message in the channel you picked. The hub goes live and shows as Active.
- Save hub — keeps everything, including the chosen channel, without posting anything. The hub also moves out of your drafts.
- Changes to a linked panel (new categories, edited FAQ) show up straight away — the hub reads the panel live, so you only re-send the hub when its own message or buttons change.
